Before we move on to setting your 1-year goals, rocks, or OKRs, it’s important to pause and empty your head of any concerns you have that are facing the business. To do this, navigate to your Issues area.

Click the + button at the top to begin to enter any issues you are facing.

What types of things should I include on my issues list?

Anything that is causing you concern or frustration.

TIP: Express everything as though it is a process problem. Avoid any personal attacks of frustration with individuals, so that when you bring your team in, you can all work constructively on improving the process.

Later, you can add issues to this list from anywhere using the + button at the top of the screen, and selecting Issue.

You can also add issues directly from your team weekly meeting dashboard, located under Team Priorities or Level 10.

You can also open any item up and use the cog icon to organize it into that Issues list by choosing team priorities, and then clicking on Problem to Solve.
