To enter your 1-year goals and rocks, click Visibility, then click Traction Tracker if you're running EOS, or OKR/Execution Tracker if you use OKRs. It’s easy to get moving.

Use the view toolbar at the top right to access either the grid view, the mind map view, or another view. Since many people like to begin in the mindmap view to see how things fit together, we’ll start there. We’ll use the view toolbar at the top right to move to the mindmap view.

We strongly recommend limiting your 1-year goals to 3. It will tell a better story and help with execution. And, it will keep your team from feeling overloaded.

Common 1-year goal examples include a revenue growth target or an operational target, such as creating scalable operations. If you only have 2 big goals for the year, this will help you execute. If you must select another, remember to keep it big and use it as a bucket into which you will organize your priorities.

Hover over the node with your team name, and click the + sign to add your big goals for the year. Click each new node to fill them in.

Once your 1-year goals are in place, add your 90-day rocks and milestones.
