ResultMaps' Traction Tracker helps teams brings their vision and day-to-day tasks together.

Enter your goals, rocks, and measurables, and visualize them on this one page. Then, align priorities to the big picture goals you set up, so you can speed up daily strategy execution and track progress towards fulfilling your vision.

Set up your Tracker

Start by opening the Traction Tracker which is in the Vision + Values area of the navigation menu. Then, enter your 1-year goal by clicking set at least one goal, and assign the goal an owner.

Click the + icon to the right of your 1-year goal to add your rocks for the quarter (the impactful results that advance your 1-year goal).

Finally, add how you'll measure success for the rock. Each rock may have 2-3 measurables.

Add more rocks and their measurables by clicking the + icon below each row. Teams should aim to have 3-5 rocks in place for each quarter.

Mark progress

A key feature of the Traction Tracker is the ability to note and clearly see where a particular goal, rock, or measurable stands. Set and modify something's status by clicking the status tag, which will be grey on any items recently added.

If you and your team are working on getting everything set up in ResultMaps, you will likely have a meeting to determine the status of each of these items and mark it accordingly, so that your Traction Tracker looks like this:

Each week, during the Traction segment of the Level 10 Meeting, you and your team will update the status of items to either ON TRACK, NEEDS ATTENTION, or OFF TRACK. These status tags will stand out in your tracker colored green, yellow, or red, respectively.
