As Jim Collins points out in his book, Good to Great, it's critical to get the right people on the bus. An important step toward doing that is identifying the seats you need on the bus, and making sure everyone is matched to a seat.

Matching someone to a seat on your bus means having any processes, measurables, and rocks/OKRs that they own clearly spelled out.

The accountability page in the ResultMaps visualizes your company bus and who is in each seat. It's our variation of what most people know as an organization chart, and it incorporates a description of exactly what team members are accountable for

How to use the accountability page

Drag to move around the graphic, and scroll up or down on your mousepad to zoom in and out. Expand or collapse the seats underneath another seat by clicking the dot at the bottom of the node:

Hover over a node and click the + button that appears to add a seat, or the ... button to view more details about the seat you're hovering over:

To edit seat details, click the ... button to open the detailed seat view, and click the pencil icon at the top right of the pop-up view.

You can get to a teammate's complete profile by clicking the hyperlink at the bottom right of the detail view pop-up.
