The scorecard provides instant access to the numbers that represent success for your team or business, as well as who owns each number, how it’s measured, and how it’s tracking.

The numbers shown here are your KPIs in the OKR context, and are how you measure traction in an EOS context. You can align your numbers (also called statistics) to specific objectives/rocks and key results/measurables from the execution/traction tracker.

The scorecard shows the exact same information shown on the scoreboard in ResultMaps, just in a different format.

Add a new number

To add your numbers/KPIs for your team,

  1. Head to the Scorecard under the Visibility area.

  2. Click the ADD ONE button if your scorecard is empty.

  3. If there are numbers already in your scorecard, find and click the + sign at the bottom of the scorecard

  4. In the pop-up window that appears, fill in the empty fields (see more info on the fields below the gif)

  5. Click save

Update an existing number

Update a number by clicking the cog icon next to its title in the far left column, then clicking update.

In the pop-up window, in CONFIG, you can set up:

  • the units the number is measured in

  • the target value

  • the chart type (how the data is visualized in the scoreboard)

  • whether you want to meet/exceed the target or come in at/below it

  • who owns the number

  • whether the number is in dollar format

  • whether the number is abbreviated

Move over to DATA to input the latest value for the number.

You can link the number to an external API from here as well, by clicking data source and selecting API from the drop-down menu.

By clicking on the title of a number, you can drill into the numbers detail page. Scroll to the bottom of the page to update past values as desired.
