In a team environment, a regular meeting rhythm is often how you'll stay up to date on everyone on the team and their progress. That rhythm could be weekly or bi-weekly, but the meeting structure is generally the same.

Click Meetings under the Projects + Process area to navigate to ResultMaps 1x1 meetings feature. It provides a simple and powerful agenda for these meetings, consisting of the following sections.

  • Numbers - scorecard or scoreboard summary of the numbers owned by whomever is the direct report in the meeting (based on your team's Accountability system)

  • Goals/Objectives - the goals and objectives the direct report in the meeting is accountable for and whether they are on track or off track

  • Done - what has gotten done since the last meeting

  • Issues - problems flagged specifically to talk through during this meeting

  • Next Steps - action items created as an outcome of the meeting, creating a clear sense of what needs to get done following the 1x1 session.
