You can set up shortcuts in your ResultMaps project by setting up an automation, so that when you add an item to a particular column/phase of your process, that item is automatically:

  1. assigned to a specific team member

  2. set to a specific status (#next, #blocked, #done)

  3. marked as due on a specific date

  4. tagged with a specific hashtag.

To set up an automation, you should be in the process view within a particular project (accessible via the columns icon in the view toolbar in the top right of your screen).

Once there, click the cog icon for the column you want to add an automation to, and then select automate.
