You can apply a process built in one project to a totally different project by saving it as a template. Here's how:
Navigate to the project in which the process that you want to save was built.
Click the cog icon at the bottom of the screen.
Hover over organize.
Then, select save as template.
In the project you want to apply the saved process to, follow the same steps - cog icon > organize - and then select apply template.
