"#Blocked" is a designation to help indicate:
that something that needs outside help out of your control
that you've run into a problem that requires input from your team before you can advance
You can easily edit any existing item's status to #Blocked from the action item detail window. Click the title of any action item to get here.
And, you can use the daily update to notify your team of any blocked items.
