Once you've created a template or checklist, you can apply it to anything in ResultMaps.
Here are 3 fast ways to apply a template to something you've already created.
#1 Use the cog from the "card" view
Click the item's title, or use a menu link to expand.
Mouse over the cog at the top right.
Mouse over More and click the link.
#2 Use the cog from a detail view
You can do the same thing from any detail view using the cog at the bottom center of the screen.
Now, follow the prompts.
#3 Add when creating a new project or process
Go to the project page, and use the + icon in the center of the page to create a new page.
When prompted, select the template you want to apply.
