You can give someone a high-five in ResultMaps when you want to highlight behavior or progress that is especially aligned with a core value, or with an objective your team is trying to reach.

When you give someone a high-five, a few things will happen.

The user you high-fived will see it in the context where you gave the high-five - for example, in the Daily Updates feed.

The user will also get an email:

Finally, it will show up in the user's personal profile. User profiles show a quick statistical brakdown which includes a stat on high-five's received. Additionally, click the high-five's tab to see a report of the high-fives a user has received.
