Click the + icon at the top right of your screen in ResultMaps to create a new action item no matter where in the app you are.

Clicking action creates a new action item/to-do. Clicking issue logs what you enter as #blocked, flagging it as a problem you need to discuss with or get help from teammates on.

Under add to:, you can choose to add the action item to your prioritizer, add it to your team's weekly priorities, or add it to a specific project.

If you choose to add the item to a specific project, select the team for which you want to see your project options, click the checkbox on the desired project, and then click save at the bottom of the pop-up.
