Go to your project dashboard, which is under the projects + process area.

Once you're in the dashboard, click add project/process.

Enter your project name, align your new project to a milestone (optional, but helpful for your team), then get started by choosing a view or adding editors/viewers. You can choose to align your project and add editors later, too.
