Who can see my projects?

Can my team see projects I create? Can other people see my projects?

Use projects to improve organization and visibility.

In terms of individual visibility, your projects can be

  • personal/private (only you can see them)

  • shared with and visible to a specific team

  • a collaboration with specific individuals

Here's how to determine who can see what.

Visibility level

occurs when

it happens automatically if

Personal/private

the project has not been made visible to a team

  • You've pinned something private to the project board and selected "'private"
    ​

  • You've navigated to the project page, changed to "personal projects" or "across all teams" and created a new project

Team visibility

The project has been made visible to the team

  • You chose to make it visible to the team when you pinned something to the project dashboard

  • You created the project from the project dashboard from a specific team

Individual permission (view, edit the project)

You select sharing > individual permissions and add one or more people.

N/A - individual permissions must be granted by a project editor.
