You can delete several things at once from your Prioritizer, removing the items from ResultMaps.

Click on items you want to delete. Once selected, the items will show a purple outline.

Then, click the Filter icon at the bottom of the screen, and from the pop-up menu, select Remove Selected From Prioritizer. You can also Select All using this menu, and then click the Filter icon again and press Remove Selected From Prioritizer to clear your entire Prioritizer.
